"I recently chose to switch State Farm agents to Dan because his St Cloud office is very near my home. I happened to get Paula on the phone when I called with a question one day and I decided to make the time to stop in and speak to her about some other options they have available to me. She was very friendly and helpful on the phone so it was no surpise that she was the same in person. I had tons of questions and special circumstances and she patiently worked with me through all of it. Customer service is everything and Dan's office obviously makes this a priority. "This is directed at the company itself. I’ve never had an account online that held this many requirements for a password. The fact that you can’t use the past 5 passwords is evident that your requirements are too restrictive and nobody can remember them. Pretty much punishing your clients for ever wanting to look up info on your website. If I have to change another password, I’m just gonna change insurance companies instead. Less of a hassle"
