"30 to 50 years between my father and I and can't even get a hello from whoever took over from Bill Holker and a wonderful group of people from the new agent that just sits and collects the old premiums that he was handed.
Moved my business from this agent maybe from the State farm if they don't actually give some hours that work for people that actually work for a living.
Yeah they help me I had to not work my business hours as an auto mechanic diagnosing people's cars or answering calls to set appointments because they only open through traditional office hours not a progressive or helpful agency model.
Only time I heard from them was what they wanted to upsell me, not a hello thank you for staying with us my name is Dan and how can I uniquely handled your business like Bill did, after Bill retired."
